For almost my whole life I've had an interest in healthy eating and I received my undergraduate degree in Foods & Nutrition. I married and raised five children and we lived in different parts of the country before settling here in Pennsylvania. I have been a professional nutritionist for four years and then studied for the basic and advanced certification for the health and wellness coaching program at the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.
